Bronchoscopy showed mucosal infiltration of right upper lobe posterior segment bronchus (RB3) occluding the lumen. B Results b : CXR revealed right upper lobe consolidation and CT chest showed right upper lobe posterior segment and left lower zone apico-posterior segment consolidations with intracavitory bodies in right upper lobe.
