The article provides information on a study which assessed particle size distribution/concentration and electron microscopy to visualize vesicle morphology and size in each preparation. Topics discussed include timed pregnancies and mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC)-derived extracellular vesicle (MEx) treatment, fetal evaluation and tissue collection, and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction analysis.
