- Abstract
The article focuses on the use of biomarkers of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease that indicates skeletal muscle integrity's response to exercise in an animal model of Pulmonary Emphysema. Topics include that patients with pulmonary emphysema often develop locomotor skeletal muscle dysfunction that involves muscle atrophy and lower forcegeneration capacity.
