- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 21-year-old patient with transient lesion in the splenium of corpus callosum following the withdrawal of phenytoin anti-epileptic drug. Topics discussed include the finding of the transient lesion on magnetic resonance imaging, the pathophysiology of the transient lesion and the cytotoxic edema for transient changes.
