- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 61-year-old man presented with consciousness disturbance. Topics discussed include the computed tomography (CT) angiography of ongoing intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) from actively bleeding posterior communicating artery (PCoA) aneurysm, intraventricular perforation of contrast extravasation through the left temporal horn, and IVH caused by bleeding from a ruptured PCoA aneurysm.
