The article presents a case study of 60-year-old man presented to the hospital with a left upper lobe lung mass and underwent left upper lobectomy. It reports Symptomatic airway obstruction after lobectomy revealed in bronchoscopy ; and mentions that silicone stent deployed to sit slightly more distal to cover the granulation tissue and more proximal rotational obstruction.
