- Abstract
The article focuses on a study regarding genetic difference between the C57Bl/6J and C57Bl/6N substrains which translates into clinical phenotype of two substrains in the Aldara-induced psoriasiform dermatitis (AIPD) mouse model. It mentions that comparing AIPD in C57Bl/6J and C57Bl/6N mice results significant differences in the course of skin inflammation including erythema, infiltration and desquamation. It also mentions that interleukin-22 expression was lower in C57Bl/6N mice.
