- Abstract
This work consists of an out-of-school educational intervention carried out in a marginalized peri-urban community in the municipality of Conkal, in the State of Yucatan, Mexico. Objective: to design a comprehensive educational intervention strategy to help reduce school violence in students of a telesecundaria in Xcuyún, Yucatán. Methodology: action research and design of a comprehensive educational strategy based on the logical framework method; two workshops were developed which were imparted as an additional extracurricular curriculum, obtaining participation from the entire student community during its implementation. Results and conclusions: obtained from the intervention were satisfactory, achieving a slight increase in the level of resilience, which went from medium to high; in addition, the grades in the final test on the use of internet and mobile devices, were passing, showing a knowledge incorporated into their cultural background, for the intelligent and responsible use of these tools.
