- Abstract
The article focuses on the treatment of wounds of head resulted from projectiles that mainly happen in war. It states that in civil life the wounds are caused due to automatic revolver bullets and suggests treating the wound with iodine tincture and should be dressed in sterile conditions. It mentions that the wounds of bullet must be operated surgically. It suggests that preventive trephining should be done in civil head injuries in order to take out bullet from the head.
