- Abstract
We report the case of a 70-year-old woman in whom Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute leukaemia occurred 12 years after radiation therapy for a carcinoma of the cervix. Morphology of the blasts was undifferentiated and immunological studies were in favour of a CALLA-positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. A possible relationship between the onset of leukaemia and the former radiation therapy is suggested. Copyright © 1987 S. Karger AG, Basel
