- Abstract
The article focuses on the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology's motivational story. Topics include the first stage being less sharply crystallized as a motivation theory and has emphasized organ inferiority, the second stage has emphasized striving for power and superiority as the fundamental human motivation, and the unity of personality the most important psychological fact about human nature being the striving for superiority and success.
