- Abstract
The article focuses on the sensitive immunoassay screening test for pentachlorophenol (PCP) found in soil. It states that horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate was lyophilized and dialyzed. It says that the PCP assay in soil characterizes an immunoassay designed for environmental field in the competitive format based on enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
