- Abstract
Wstęp Pompa elastomerowa jest to proste i bezpieczne urządzenie, niewymagające zasilania, które w sposób ciągły dawkuje podaż leku, wykorzystując energię kinetyczną napełnionego płynem balonu. W Dolnośląskim Centrum Onkologii we Wrocławiu jest ona stosowana do leczenia bólu pooperacyjnego. Końcówkę cewnika umieszcza się śródoperacyjnie bezpośrednio w powłokach zaszywanej rany. Pompa podaje lek miejscowo znieczulający (bupiwakaina lub ropiwakaina). Ilość stosowanych doustnych lub dożylnych leków przeciwbólowych znacznie się obniża, a chory może rozpocząć wczesną rehabilitację, ponieważ z pompą elastomerową można się poruszać, analgezja nie jest przerywana i zachowuje swoje ciągłe zadanie. Cel Zbadanie czy stosowanie pomp elastomerowych u pacjentów po operacjach przynosi oczekiwane rezultaty, a ból pooperacyjny zmniejsza się wraz ze wzrostem satysfakcji pacjentów. Materiał i metody Badania przeprowadzono w Dolnośląskim Centrum Onkologii we Wrocławiu w 2018 roku. W badaniu uczestniczyło 182 pacjentów poddanych zabiegom operacyjnym, którym w ramach leczenia przeciwbólowego wszczepiono cewnik do pompy elastomerowej. Pacjenci określali poziom natężenia bólu 10-stopniową VAS kilkukrotnie w ciągu dwóch dni po zabiegu oraz oceniali satysfakcję z leczenia przeciwbólowego w 6-stopniowej skali, w pierwszej i drugiej dobie po zabiegu. Wyniki Stwierdzono, że w pierwszej dobie pacjenci oceniali VAS na 2,65/10, a już w drugiej dobie - na 2/10, natomiast satysfakcja pacjentów z leczenia przeciwbólowego to 5/6 w pierwszej dobie oraz 5,1/6 w drugiej dobie po zabiegu. 3% założonych cewników elastomerowych należało usunąć ze względu na wadę sprzętu lub przeciekanie rany. Wnioski Stosowanie pomp elastomerowych podczas leczenia przeciwbólowego pacjentów po zabiegach operacyjnych znacznie zwiększa jakość życia, a tym samym: zmniejsza odczuwanie bólu, pomaga podczas rekonwalescencji oraz przyspiesza rehabilitację.
