- Abstract
A case study of a newly born infant girl is presented, who is diagnosed with Lucent thoracic lesion. Topics discussed include chest radiograph revealed a large, lucent, bubbly lesion occupying the anterosuperior mediastinum; computed tomography (CT) scan revealed a multiseptated, air-filled, cystic structure in the anterosuperior mediastinum; and echocardiogram showed mild pulmonary arterial hypertension.
