- Abstract
The article reports that several doctors take on prescribing responsibilities after they graduate but final-year medical students not only feel insecure about prescribing, but also lack adequate knowledge and skills to prescribe rationally and safely. Topics include considered that to address this public health concern, the European Association for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (EACPT) recommended that education in clinical pharmacology and therapeutics in Europe should be modernized.
