- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 79-year-old female who was admitted with inferior ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). The coronary angiography showed chronic total occlusions (CTO) of both native vessels and the absence of circumflex artery bypass. The Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) for CTO was determined due to high distal embolization risk, called on the intervention on the bypass.
