- Title
EL GOBIERNO PASTORAL DEL OBISPO DIOCESANO COMO MODERADOR DEL MINISTERIO DE LA PALABRA EN LA IGLESIA PARTICULAR.
- Abstract
The article examines the role of the bishop of a diocese as moderator, according to the doctrine of Munus docendi. Various theological and legal implications regarding this title are examined, including possible dangers indicated by the episcopal authority, and interpretations of the role by the Exhortation Pastores gregis. The identity of individual churches as communities which form a part of a larger religious entity is explored, as well as the responsibilities of those communities and their leaders within that framework.
