- Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to assist with the diagnosis and management of ischaemic heart disease (IHD). AI can analyze large amounts of medical data, such as patient histories and imaging studies, to identify patterns and correlations that may be missed by humans. It can also analyze electrocardiogram (ECG) data, interpret echocardiograms, and evaluate coronary angiography images to detect abnormalities indicative of IHD. AI can also help stratify patients based on their risk of developing IHD and integrate with electronic health records for streamlined diagnosis. The implementation of AI in IHD diagnosis represents a significant step towards more effective healthcare interventions.
