- Abstract
The article offers information on the relationship between obscenity and uncommon firearms under doctrines of First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. It informs that obscenity is an exception to Second Amendment's doctrine of right to keep and bear firearms with reference to the judicial decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in two cases including District of Columbia v. Heller and McDonald v. City of Chicago.
