- Abstract
Four groups of concrete columns eccentric samples with the same structure were prepared to study the effect of the two filling methods of precast concrete core column with epoxy resin adhesive and micro-expanding concrete on the performance of the specimens after drilling core in the specimens. The relationship between load-strain, load-displacement and load-carrying force of the specimen was evaluated. The variance of the depth of the compression zone of the specimen was observed. The test specimens were compared in pairs to study the differences in the ultimate loading capacity and ultimate displacement among the specimens. The purpose was to study the reparability of the specimens by the two filling methods. It can be concluded that the specimens filled with precast concrete core columns had larger improvement of performance and the performance of the non-drilled core specimens was more consistent with the performance of the use of the slightly-expanded concrete to repair the hole.
