- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 47-year-old female patient who developed allergic dermatitis following the aminocaproic acid treatment. It states that the patient complained of pruriginous dermatitis a week after she started the aminocaproic acid treatment for excessive vaginal bleeding due to uterine myomatosis. The study concludes that the patient has an unusual case of cutaneous reaction to systemic aminocaproic acid.
