- Abstract
The article discusses the study which determines the effectiveness of upper and lower limb orthoses for reducing pain and improving the movement of people after a stroke or non-progressive brain lesion. An overview of the search strategies, methods of review and results are presented. It criticizes that the study did not provide information about the use of resting splints and this could establish an area for future research.
