- Abstract
The article focuses on impact of anti-interleukin-17 treatment on cutaneous and genital human papillomavirus infection and disturbance of several cytokine signaling pathways is a key factor in the development of chronic HPV infection. It mentions interleukin is also strongly implicated in the pathogenesis of psoriasis as a result of its pro-inflammatory effects associated with the stimulation of keratinocyte proliferation.
