- Abstract
The article discusses several methods to manipulate dendritic cells (DCs) for the treatment of various diseases. It states that DCs have been used as an immunostimulatory vaccine to treat cancer, and as an alternative treatment for infectious diseases. It also mentions that DCs can induce protection against different pathogens including virus protozoan, and bacteria.
