- Abstract
In order to overcome the problems of time-consuming and poor effect of traditional urban traffic planning decision-making model, this paper proposes a new urban traffic planning decision-making model under the tight constraints of spatiotemporal. The model uses gravity model to forecast passenger flow by analyzing economic population data and transportation resistance. According to the results of passenger flow forecast, the dynamic road resistance cost is calculated under the tight constraints of spatiotemporal. According to the calculation results, the topological nodes of the road network are updated. Combined with the boundary nodes of the road network with continuous outer topology, the hybrid frog leaping algorithm is used to build the traffic planning decision model and obtain the optimal path. The experimental results show that the urban traffic planning time-consuming of the model is between 3.1s-3.6s, which is shorter, and the planned urban traffic path is the best under certain time constraints, which improves the planning effect.
