- Abstract
The article presents a case study on a 69 year old woman with a history of seropositive rheumatoid arthritis. Her earlier treatment included disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) and a weekly 20 milligram dose of methotrexate that showed little to no improvement. Her course of treatment was changed to liposomal amphotericin and gradually infection reduced and her seropositive rheumatoid arthritis was under reasonable control.
