- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 4-week-old infant born who had been prenatally diagnosed with pulmonary atresia with an intact ventricular septum. The patient underwent cardiac angiography which reveals that patient's serum creatinine rose by a factor of 1.7 within five days of the cardiac catheterization. The patient recovered from the cardiac repair and was discharged home.
