- Abstract
The article presents the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) evaluation to a 17-year-old girl who has a headache and right third and left sixth nerve palsies. The MRI found coronal T1-W image after gadolinium administration demonstrated enlargement and pathological enhancement of the left cavernous sinus with narrowing of the left internal carotid artery. It adds that there was sphenoid sinus signal abnormality with an enlarged left cavernous sinus involving a narrowed carotid artery.
