- Abstract
The article presents a controlled laboratory study carried out to assess the effect of elbow valgus torque on contact pressure in the radiocapitellar joint and lateral capitellar osteochondral defects on radiocapitellar joint contact pressure. In the study, radiocapitellar joint contact pressure and an elbow valgus laxity were all measured. It concludes that an elbow valgus torque increases contact pressure in the radiocapitellar joint.
