- Abstract
The article discusses a study regarding the effect of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) on the content of speech which might demonstrate how the drug affect social interactions. The study performed a double-blind study and participants completed a five-minute standardized talking about their personal relationship. Results showed that MDMA changed speech content relative to placebo and it increased the use of social words.
