- Abstract
The article presents information on the Business Risk Doctrine (BRD) in Minnesota. It discusses the court case of Integrity Mutual Insurance Co. v. Klampe and presents an overview of the decisions made. It informs that BRD was justified on the basis of policy grounds to prevent contractors from receiving compensation. It explains Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance of providing parties with a construction project in managing risks and acts as a backbone for the construction industry.
