- Abstract
Ecopreneurship consists in creating companies by exploiting the green opportunities. The green discourse has dramatically shown up over the last years, expressing public opinion's concern about the Earth's future. Are the business world and the environmental requirements compatible? To understand this phenomenon, it is important to identify the reasons and factors that make entrepreneurs choose this way by starting green companies. Thus, this study aims at understanding the innovating ecopreneurs' motivational mechanisms in Tunisia. Obviously, their motivations are not only imposed by a desire to protect the environment, so this study puts other internal and external finalities forward.
