- Title
Predatory Ungulates? Interactions Between Large Mammalian Herbivores and Plant‐Dwelling Arthropods.
- Authors

- Abstract
Large mammalian herbivores (LMH) frequently encounter plant-dwelling arthropods (PDA) on their food plants. Cattle grazing: mobile insects, aggressive (e.g., ants), or noxious species (such as the caterpillars of Ocnogyna loewii) were not eaten by cattle during grazing. These photographs illustrate the article "Revealing cryptic interactions between large mammalian herbivores and plant-dwelling arthropods via DNA metabarcoding" by Tali S. Berman and Moshe Inbar published in I Ecology i . https://doi.org/10.1002/ecy.3548.
