Every Patient is a Teacher - Especially the "Difficult" Ones: Caring for Patients with Borderline Personality Disorder Now, if a "difficult" patient tells me how wonderful another nurse is while implying that this other exceptional nurse provides better care than the care that I am able to provide, I just smile and think of Sandra, responding that I agree with the patient wholeheartedly - that the nurse is indeed a wonderful nurse.
