- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 2.5-year-old female Leonberger dog with a 1-year history of intermittent and spontaneous knuckling in the thoracic limbs. The dog showed generalized ataxia and a hypermetric gait of the thoracic limbs with a proprioceptive deficits in all limbs. This article describes other clinical signs, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings and neuropathology of a novel neurogenerative disorder affecting the white matter of brain and spinal cord in dogs.
