- Abstract
The article reports the biophysical cues which enhance embryonic developments, adult tissue homeostasis and disease. It mentions limited effect of biophysical cues on the cell reprogramming which includes induced pluripotent stem cells production (iPSCs) in stirred suspension culture and the use of extracellular collagen in fibroblast reprogramming. According to researcher Songmao Li and colleagues, biophysical cues help in transdifferentiation in specific cell lineages.
