- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 27-year-old man who was diagnosed with worsening left eye disorder. The patient has undergone ultrasound examination which revealed an attached retina, thickened retinochoroidal complex, and vitritis. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was performed on his left eye and found that the patient has Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tubercular miliary mottling on his lungs was determined through high resolution computerized tomography.
