- Abstract
The article focuses on the expansion of judicial theology for helping the needy elders through rise of law schools experiential programs and gerontology programs at universities. It analyzes the efforts of Professor James H. Pietsch in providing legal services to needy elders through raising the level of experiential programs. It also discusses the University of Hawai'i Elder Law Program (UNHELP), which provides direct legal services to socially and economically needy older persons.
