- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 26-year-old male patient, phototype II, who presented with an old lesion on the upper trunk. It mentions that dermoscopic examination revealed need of a differential diagnosis of naevus in regression or melanoma. It also reveals that histopathological examination revealed a congenital naevus in regression with a band-like infiltrate of melanophages.
