- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 63-year-old male patient with mild pancytopenia and thoracic mass in the right hilar region. Topics discussed include results of diagnosis which revealed the presence of BRAF mutation genes in malignancies along with positive results of bronchoscopic biopsy staining for cytokeratin-7 (CK-7), diagnosis of hairy cell leukemia (HCL) in the trephine bone marrow biopsy to identify the cause, and advantage of using the antibody VE1 against BRAF mutation.
