- Abstract
This article discusses a case study of a 29-year-old woman who presented with abdominal pain and vaginal spotting after a previous cornual ectopic pregnancy and wedge resection. The ultrasound revealed an inhomogeneous mass in the midline fundal myometrium, indicating an ectopic pregnancy at the site of the previous surgery. The patient chose medical therapy and received methotrexate injections, which resulted in a decline in β‐HCG levels and the patient remaining asymptomatic. The case emphasizes the importance of personalized treatment options for ectopic pregnancies, taking into account the patient's medical history, future fertility desires, and overall health.
