- Abstract
The article presents views of 65‑year‑old male presented with history of an asymptomatic progressive skin rash on his bilateral palms and soles. He was having progressive jaundice and flatulence and diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma and histopathological examination of the lesional skin biopsy indicated hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis. He was diagnosed with gram stain, potassium hydroxide examination and liver function test indicated elevated levels of total serum bilirubin.
