- Abstract
The article presents the case study of a 69-year old man with dyspnea and rigors. He was suffering from fever, appetite loss, and vomiting. He had a history of Hypertension, diabetes, and tobacco usage. Sputum Gram stain showed 3+ GPC in clusters. Necrotizing tracheobronchitis and necrotizing pneumonia were diagnosed after bronchoscopy was performed and cefazolin antibiotic was prescribed.
