- Abstract
UFRR has become a pioneer in promoting higher education for indigenous people, where it always seeks to preserve the identity, culture and knowledge of indigenous peoples, and, as a result, has now integrated knowledge into / from the indigenous process. within the technological area, enabling a formation in front of the basic knowledge in computer science, which tends to add up to its reflexive and critical development. This research is limited to the presentation of data obtained during the classes of basic informatics subjects II (36hs) of the bachelor degree course in Indigenous Territorial Management (GTI) and the bachelor degree course in Indigenous Collective Health Management (GSCI) within the health informatics discipline. . Given this, this research presents data through an experience in the semester 2019.2 during two disciplines an individualized follow-up within Insikiran / UFRR where three indigenous higher education courses are offered: Indigenous Territorial Management, Indigenous Collective Health Management and Bachelor Degree Indigenous Intercultural. The population that makes up the results obtained from this experience report and the perspectives of indigenous academics had a target audience of 65 academics, 34 from the GTI Course and 31 from the GSCI Course. For this perspective, it is considered that more efforts and development-oriented actions are needed in view of the use of technological tools and the core of the use of computers for the production of academic and scientific works and research. Even taking into account the large curriculum of GTI and GSCI courses, it was found that for a small minority, using the computer and knowing what it is for was a confrontation with their reality, which did not imagine that it was possible to perform so many activities.
