- Abstract
The Zhongjiang Gasfield is considered as a tight sandstone gas reservoir with narrow channel, disperse development, poor reservoir quality and strong heterogeneity. The gas reservoir development is characterized by unclear development margin and well-type, low producing level of reserve, great challenge in scale productivity construction and relatively low development benefit. Numerical simulation and economie evaluation methods were used to optimize the favorable channels, well-type and well-pattern. Research indicates that the linear well-pattern with mixed well-types is recommended for the Type I-A channel, the corresponding lateral length of horizontal well is 600-800 m, the well spacing is 700-800 m and the well spacing for vertical well is 600-700 m. The linear well -pattern with horizontal well is recommended for the Type 1-B channel, the corresponding lateral length of horizon tal well is 1 000 m and the well spacing is 500-600 m. The linear well-pattern with mixed well-types is recommended for the Type II-A channel, the corresponding lateral length of horizontal well is 1 000-1200 m, the well spacing is 400-500 m and the well spacing for vertical well is 300-400 m. Efficient development performance is gained after promotion and application, the annual gas production of Zhongjiang Gasfield reaches 10x10 m³, the reserve producing level of reserve increases by 36, 3%, the average single-well production increases by 1.9 times and the proportion of inefficient well decreases by 25. 8%. This research could provide certain guidance for the economic and efficient development of disperse tight sandstone gas reservoirs in China.
