- Abstract
Cimaterol hapten was prepared and coupled with carrier protein to synthesize an immunogen. The immunogen was used to immunize the animal to obtain an anti-cimaterol monoclonal antibody, which was used to prepare for enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit for detecting cimaterol residues in swine urine. The results showed that the detection limit of the kit for cimaterol in swine urine was 0.295 μg/L, the IC50 (50% inhibition concentration) value was 0.870 μg/L, the recovery range was 81.5%-103.5%, the linear range of the standard curve was 0.1-8.1 μg/L, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) within and between batches of precision experiment results was less than 15%, indicating that the detection method had high accuracy and precision. The kit had good specificity and could be stored at 4 ℃ for 12 months with good stability, and could be used for rapid detection of cimaterol in swine urine.
