- Abstract
The article informs about a rare cause of membranoproliferative patterns of injury in siblings with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. Topics include steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS) should be considered in patients with nephrotic syndrome who do not respond to 4-week standard dose steroid therapy; and kidney biopsy findings showed mild mesangial and endocapillary cell proliferation and basement membrane thickening without any immunofluorescence staining.
