- Abstract
The research aims to determine factors that most influence company's sustainability and form the family business model of travel agent company in this disruption era using SEM-PLS analysis. Data used is primary data, which is obtained through questionnaire on travel agent company, based on the family business that is spread in Indonesia and incorporated into Travel Agent association. Data collection using questionnaire by Likert scale. The population of this research are entire member of AMPHURI, which is one of travel Agent association in Indonesia, consisting of 427 travel agent companies in the entire Indonesian area. The results of this study show that company's sustainability is determined positively by at least three factors, namely leadership succession, mission and vision between generations, and development of technology management. Meanwhile, product life cycle is found to be insignificant in determining sustainability of a family company.
