- Abstract
Two years after the diagnosis of PCC, a 14 × 10 mm sized keratinized nodule developed on the right side of the lower lip vermilion, which was at the same location of the intractable PCC (Fig. Dear Editor, Plasma cell mucositis is a relatively rare inflammatory disease that often develops in the mucosa close to the orifices and histopathologically characterized by dense plasma cell infiltration in the dermis.1 When this condition occurs on the lips, it is called plasma cell cheilitis (PCC).
