- Abstract
Given the patient had previously undergone a mammogram 6 months prior, which was read as normal except for a nodule in the left breast suspicious for fibrofatty tissue, a breast MRI was again recommended. The patient had a history of a previous abnormal mammogram 6 months prior to presentation showing a nodule in the left breast suspicious for fibrofatty tissue, for which a follow-up breast MRI was recommended. A 59-year-old female presented with a 10-year history of a nodule on the left parietal scalp.
